Louise came in looking like she had missed way too many meals, patches of hair were gone and she was not too sure of the world and in particular humans.
A few good bowls of food later, positive interaction with staff/volunteers and several field trips outside of the shelter, this girl now knows life can be much better than in the past - BUT WAIT - she doesn't know the best is yet to come !!! A wo nderful home is ready out there somewhere - ready to help this girl down the path of love, 
attention and care.
One of our favorite photos is of her taking treats so gently out of the hand of an adult at a senior living complex (top right). She was so happy darting from person to person absorbing the attention and love.
Louise amazes us everyday - she appears housebroken when kept on a schedule, is very affectionate although shy sometimes to start and walks well on a leash.
