Chief is a senior (approx 9 yrs old) Akita mix who has been in our shelter since the 20th of May.  He has some vision issues and is most happy in a low-energy environment with an owner who will show him attention and make him feel at home.  He plays very well with a number of our other shelter dogs and enjoys getting attention.  Please check out thhs.org on the internet to learn more about Chief and our adoption process at Terre Haute Humane Society in Terre Haute, IN (812-232-0293).
