This boy was left at our shelter. He was covered in fleas nestled into his matted hair. Now our boy, all 20 pounds of him, is sporting a new look. Toto seems very grateful for his new doo and he may be seen struttin' his stuff as he walks about the property. Please look for Toto in our Puppy Room or Small Breed Room beginning August 16th or 17th.
