She's short in stature and she enjoys getting outside to see what's all around her. We call her Chipper and she arrived with a dog we are calling Chip. Chipper is 66 pounds of sweetness and she's eager to find her way home. She'll be available for adoption beginning on or about July 21 as we allow 5 days for the owners to reunite with their pets (we require pictures and vet records for verification) before they are available for adoption consideration.
