Who We Are:

The Terre Haute Humane Society is dedicated to providing stray and abandoned animals with a safe temporary home until a new loving family or rescue can be found. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3)organization, which means that your continued donations keep us operating.

  • Puppies $125
  • Cats/Kittens $85

Adoption Includes:

  • Spay or Neuter
  • Vaccinations (except Rabies)
  • Microchip and/or Tattoo and ID tag
  • 1 month Free Sheltercare Insurance*
  • Nails trimmed & Ears Cleaned
  • First Office visit with a participating Veterinarian
  • Dog or Cat Training DVD with adoption
* Some limitations on insurance.
SPECIAL OFFER- $25 microchip for other family pets at time of adopting a new pet.

Donate a Bed We use Patented Kuranda Dog Beds because they are durable, chew proof and easy to clean. We do not have enough to make all of our animals comfortable. If you would like to donate a bed to us, click here.
